ST. PAUL — Patrick Henry Kelly, 67, of Apple Valley, faces two charges of violating a restraining order involving former Current host Jade Tittle, according to a November 6 report by Bring Me The News citing criminal complaints.

The complaints allege Kelly left Tittle a voicemail in May and sent a greeting card that arrived at her home two days later. Tittle told police the call came from a number she associated with Kelly and that she recognized his handwriting on the card.

A harassment restraining order protecting Tittle remains in effect until 2071, the report says. Kelly was previously convicted of felony stalking involving Tittle in 2022 and has a separate history of convictions involving former Current host Mary Lucia.

Tittle left The Current in 2023. In a 2024 KARE 11 interview referenced by Bring Me The News, she said the stalking contributed to her decision to leave the station, where she had served as music director.

The new charges are allegations. Kelly is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. The report did not provide a next court date or a response from his defense.
