DULUTH, MN — Isabelle Dornquast, 22, was arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired and inattentive driving after a rollover crash on Monday, October 26, according to the Duluth Police Department. Officers responded around 11:15 a.m. to the 1700 block of East 8th Street. Police said initial information indicated Dornquast struck a parked vehicle, causing her vehicle to roll over. Dornquast was the vehicle’s only occupant and was not injured. Police said their investigation indicated she was under the influence of alcohol. The department described DWI and inattentive driving charges as pending in its October 26 release. It did not release an alcohol concentration or specify the degree of the potential DWI charge.
