Marina stayed in the Franklin Avenue N. area of Minneapolis and frequented Anoka County and other parts of the Twin Cities metro area. According to the bulletin, investigators believe Marina may have been in Burnett County, Wisconsin, between September 20 and 22, 2023, and then dropped off at the Norwood Inn in Roseville. Their family had not heard from them since September 2023.

Marina is described as White, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. They have a chipped front tooth, flower tattoos on their right hand and left shoulder, a snowflake tattoo on their right abdomen and a large back tattoo. The bulletin states Marina was born in Russia and has a slight accent.

The bulletin notes a medical condition that could cause serious complications without medication, as well as a history of mental health and substance use concerns.
