10/23/2026 SAINT PAUL, MN — The Saint Paul Police Department has issued a public safety alert and is asking for help locating Eduart Gomez Ochoa, 27, in connection with an alleged kidnapping and burglary. According to the police alert, officers responded to the 700 block of Como Avenue at approximately 9:10 a.m. on October 22, 2026, after a report that an adult male suspect attempted to pull an adult woman from her apartment through a window. Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for Gomez Ochoa in connection with that incident. The alert also states that the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office charged Gomez Ochoa earlier this year with second-degree criminal sexual conduct and burglary. Those charges concern allegations that they entered an apartment in the 1500 block of Westminster Street and sexually assaulted a minor on May 7, 2026. If you see Gomez Ochoa or have information about their whereabouts, call 911 immediately. Police advise the public not to approach or attempt to confront them. The allegations and pending charges are not convictions. Gomez Ochoa is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
